Master Course Applications

Fees are £800 per person for this special Young Virtuosi Master Course. There is a non-refundable registration fee of £100 which is payable by 15 May 2008 in the form of a cheque accompanied by a completed application form. The registration fee will be credited to the tuition fee (with the balance of £700 payable by cheque upon notification of acceptance to the Master Course and no later than 15 June 2008).

Cancellations: Should an applicant have to cancel his/her participation in the course for any reason, a cancellation charge of £400 will be debited from the total tuition fee pending receipt of notification of the cancellation no later than two weeks before the beginning of the course. After this date, no refund will be given.

Terms and Conditions: Participants must arrive on Sunday 13 July 2008 and remain until Monday 21 July 2008. Participants are expected to attend the Master Course in full.

Insurance: Each participant is responsible for personal medical insurance, civil liability, accident, risk and personal belongings, including insurance of his/her instrument. All insurance must be pre-paid and copies of the contracts must be submitted upon acceptance to the Master Course.

Registration: Please complete the accompanying application form and send it together with the registration fee cheque payable to Young Virtuosi .

Accommodation and flights: This is a residential course. Accommodation for students will be in private homes. Flights are not included and must be booked together with the chaperone should you wish to join the group and if you are under 14 years old. Flights are available from Stansted to Carcassonne via Ryanair www.ryanair.com. There are also flights to Toulouse from Gatwick served by Easyjet, or Air France and BA from Heathrow. Should you need to be accompanied for the flight, you must liaise with us to ensure that you join the chaperone on the same flight or be met at the airport.
The recommended flight is departing on 13th July 2008 Ryanair FR 72 from London Stansted to Carcassonne departing at 9.50 am coming back on Flight FR 73 21st July 2008 at 13.10 pm.

Children are supervised by chaperones during the Master Course.

Authorisation will also be required by the parents to allow the applicant to travel with the chaperone.
